Exuviance SkinRise Bionic Tonic

Remember in middle school everyone used those crazy strong astringent cleansing pads…they guaranteed all of your awkward-middle-school-life-ruining skin issues would *poof* disappear?!?  All this while completely drying out and depriving your skin from any and all moisture?!?  I used to love those things!!
Wiping a cleansing pad all over ones face is so incredibly easy, good thing the cleansing pads I’m using nowadays are a little different than what I used back in middle school.  & by a little different, I actually mean a lot different.

Exuviance’s SkinRise Bionic Tonic brought me back to those days when I would reach for a cleansing pad and swipe it all over my face.  Ah, the ease.
I use this product as a toner, after cleansing.  & I’ve been using it mostly in the morning to treat and tone my skin.  The ingredients, like most potent toners, are aimed at treating problem skin while still keeping skin hydrated and moisturized.  A difficult balance, but Exuviance does it well with the balancing soothing ingredients of cucumber, peppermint, grapefruit, green tea, and eucalyptus.  Seriously, don’t all of those sound like a dream?!
The product on the pad dispenses evenly onto skin, so you don’t have to worry about it drying out while using it- any leftover tonic on the face can be patted in for maximum effectiveness.
Exuviance’s SkinRise Bionic Tonic really does a great job of balancing my skin, especially since I’ve been experiencing some dry spots, but still some breakouts.  It has a cooling feeling, no burning or stinging sensation like some pads can have.  This product may be on the pricy side, but I’ve been using it for two weeks now and I absolutely love it- the ingredients and the formulation of the product.

Exuviance Performance Peel AP25

[Disclaimer:  This is a sponsored post powered through BrandBacker.  I received this product to review.  All opinions are my own.]
Maintaining a radiant complexion isn’t always easy.  Incorporating an at-home facial peel , it gets rid of any dead skin cells, rejuvenates my complexion, evens out my texture and brightens my skin tone.
Exuviance’s Performance Peel AP25 is a glycolic acid peel that exfoliates, giving that even and smooth texture, and also promotes cell renewal with boosts the rejuvenation of the complexion.  Glycolic acid works well with my skin and I always have minimal redness after using it.

The Exuviance Performance Peel AP25 is a 2-step process.  The first step is the Activator Pad, which preps the skin for step number two, the Neutralizer Pad.  The directions say to watch your skin after using the Activator Pad, I was a little nervous because I am prone to redness.  Luckily, I was totally okay and moved on to step number two, the Neutralizer Pad.  Once I used the Neutralizer Pad I washed my face off and was done.  I never felt uncomfortable, meaning I had no burning or anything like that.  When I get peels done professionally I usually do have a bit of tingling or burning- so it was a nice relief to not have that happen while using this product.
I only had a few sample packets of this product to use, Exuviance recommends using it up to twice a week for maximum results.  I didn’t have the opportunity to do that, but I wish I had.  I liked how bright and clear my face looked after using this peel, but I would have wanted to use it consistently for about a month to really get a good opinion about it.

The Exuviance Performance Peel AP25 can be purchased from NeoStrata.com or Ulta for $75.
