Thursday’s Fab Five

Happy Thursday’s Fab Five! Are you ready for fall? I’m so ready for fall. I think I’m too ready for fall. It’s still hot here in D.C. but we’ve seen some glimmer of a cooler season ahead, and I cannot wait. While I patiently wait, here are some of my current end of summer fab faves.

OPI’s My Very First Knockwurst, $10.50

This is my current nail color, and I’m loving the simplicity of it. I thought it was perfect for the back to school mindset & the rosey-nude-ish color is a great transition in this end of summer time.

Josie Maran Whipped Argan Oil Intensive Hand Cream, $22

At work I wash my hands 500 times a day because I’m with 40+ first graders, so I need a really great hand cream to combat dryness. I’ve found this hand cream does a great job keeping me moisturized and it smells delicious. The Argan oil feels luxurious, which is what I need as a pick me up some days in the classroom! This isn’t the most budget friendly hand cream, but if you’re looking for a little lux in your life, then this would be perfect for you!

Vince Camuto Skinny Ankle Jeans, $99

I bought these jeans at Macy’s this summer and finally just wore them for the first time this week. They are so comfortable and soft, I’m going to be wearing them all fall, I can already tell! Black jeans are a wardrobe staple, so if you’re looking for a great new pair, I highly recommend these!

Elizabeth & James Nirvana Black Roller Ball, $28

The Nirvana fragrances have been discontinued, but luckily Ulta still has them, online only! I think I’ve written about the Nirvana fragrance because it’s my absolute favorite- I just recently ran out and put in an order for a few roller balls. I love to keep roller balls in my car and classroom in case a I need a quick pick me up through the day or before an event. The whole Nirvana line smells incredible, but the Black sandalwood, vanilla, & violet is my absolute favorite!

Lush Sleepy Shower Gel, $10

The scent of this shower gel is amazing, the lavender is so soothing and calming. Warning: do not use this shower gel in the morning, unless you plan on getting right back into bed. The scent will perfectly relax you and get you ready for bed. It also has oat milk in it so it’s a moisturizing shower gel as well.

Tomorrow is finally Fri-yay! Enjoy the weekend, and look out for a Saturday Link Love post featuring some informative & fun articles!
