I marinated two pork loins in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute. I threw them on the grill and topped them with fresh rosemary.
I didn’t have any fresh veggies this night I cooked, which I wasn’t pleased about. I did however have some frozen corn. So I took it out and put that on the grill too and grilled it. Literally from freezer to grill, I had no idea that would be so easy. I put a little bit of butter over it to give it some flavor.
Lastly, I put the frozen macaroni & cheese in the toaster over. I seriously love the reduced guilt version, even better than the original. It’s super easy to make, and tastes delicious. I grilled the pork about 5 minutes on each side. The rosemary grilling made my kitchen smell so amazing!
Once everything was done I sat down on my couch and enjoyed a low mess, high quality dinner for one!
Such an easy weeknight dinner! I was running low on items but I was able to whip up something quick and hearty.
